Unfortunately not - Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified or cancelled. The good news? You can return your order by mail or in store as soon as you receive your package.

Please verify your original order confirmation email for the pre-authorized amount. We only charge you for the items sent so if you notice any discrepancies once your package is mailed, do not hesitate to contact us

All shipping costs, including returns costs are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When ordering out of Thailand or Mexico, duty and taxes will not be covered by the seller.
